How to Add Pages to Blogger - Step by Step Help

If we are writing a blog post and it is  not organized with pages or menu bar then it will be difficult to find the complete list of blog post for our viewer. Creating pages or menu bar in any blog is much organized way to present our work in from to the people. It looks very good and people like it because within the short time they can find and look our each post heading under the page or menu bar.

If we are creating good posts but these posts are not organized in a proper way like creating pages or menu bar, people will not like this and soon we will lose our traffic.

Now question is what are pages? So we can see pages in below given blogger image :-

In this image we can see the pages like :- "Home", "Basic Excel", "Pivot Table" and so on.

Can we guess that how our blog will looks like if all these pages are not build, the good thing is if somebody want to look only for "Pivot Table" he will click on "Pivot Table" page only and he does not need to search more for this topic.


Without pages our blog will looks like following image : -

In this image we can see that there is only "Home" page by default but according to our need we will create new pages. We will learn adding new pages to our blog step by step.

Step 1 : Login to our blog

When we login to our blog follow the below given image :-

Simply click on the "Pages" tab. After click on "Pages" tab we will get the following image .

Step 2 . 

After click on "Pages" we will get the following image 

Write page name in the page column like in above image " About us" and below write something about yourself and hit publish button, at the right side of the image.


Similarly create another page "Contact us" and  hit publish button. Both the page will look like below image : -

Now go the Layout again to add a Page Gadget as per below image :-

Click on Layout and the click on sidebar-right-1 "Add a Gadget" to add a new gadget for pages, look image below :-

Click on "+" sign to add a new page gadget and save this .

Our both pages will display here. "Home" page is created by default. Click on these check boxes and page will appear on right side box, We can change the location of the pages up and down as per our requirement and after click on check box, the pages now is added to our blog and then simply click on save button below.

Now we can see the "Page Gadget" are the right sight of the image and now we need to move this "Pages Gadget" from right side to upper side under the "Cross-Column" tab by doing this the page will be displayed in the header menu.

See the image below, the  "Pages gadget" has been shift from side bar to upper header side under Cross-Column.

Now click on Save arrangement and then click on preview of the blog

After click on preview button our new blog will look alike following image .

And here we can see that both the pages "About us" and "Contact us" are now appearing in our blog header.
